▪️ At mooseamber.com it is possible to make an order 24 hours a day – 365 days a year.

▪️ If You are struggling to complete Your order or to navigate through our website, please restart Your web browser. If the problems persist, contact us by e-mail: info@mooseamber.com and our IT team will help You as soon as possible.

▪️ The employees at MOOSE AMBER are happy to answer all Your queries regarding products and delivery time before You purchase any item through our online shop. Should You have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: info@mooseamber.com.

▪️ Unless otherwise indicated all price rates shown on our online shop are in Euro incl. VAT. You will be billed in Euros. If purchasing outside the Euro zone, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed to You.

▪️ You may be required to pay extra for delivery, and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.

▪️ Promotional discount codes can be applied on orders made through this website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

▪️ Please note that the prices specified are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to periodically amend these without prior notification. They are subject to: currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, availability and obsolete items and typographical errors.

▪️ Pictures and product descriptions: All goods are described to the very best with respect to type, size, shape, color and clarity. All stated weights and measurements are approximate. However, there can be a difference between the showed pictures on our website and online shop and the actual look of the items. This might be because of the differences in settings of computer or monitor. Moreover, our products are made exclusively from the genuine materials – Baltic amber and moose antlers –, thus every jewelry piece is one of a kind, making it nearly impossible to produce identical product.

▪️ You warrant to us that all information which You are required to provide when ordering goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to You / the person placing the order and not to any third party.

▪️ When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit / debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of Your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us and Your ordered products are ready to be dispatched.

▪️ Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

▪️ By placing an order You are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions. The description of the goods and prices are set out on the order page. The advertising of products and services on this website is an invitation to trade. That means Your order is an offer and no contract of sale is formed between You and MOOSE AMBER until You receive the confirmation of order email. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We must receive the payment in whole. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that Your order has been received by sending an email to You at the email address You provide in Your order form at the checkout. This is not an official acceptance of Your order. Our acceptance of Your order takes place on the dispatch of our products You have ordered to You unless we notify You that we do not accept Your order, or You ask to cancel Your order right after its placement.

▪️ We reserve the right to cancel Your transaction if:

1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods You have ordered
2. We do not deliver to Your shipping address
3. One or more of the items You ordered was listed incorrectly due to a typographical or stocking error

▪️ If we do cancel Your purchase, we will notify You by e-mail or by telephone, and will provide You with a full refund as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

▪️ Our acceptance of Your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 or over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts. Therefore, individuals who are unable to form legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this website.

▪️ MOOSE AMBER reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website or to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time. MOOSE AMBER shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website, for refusing to process an order, or for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

▪️ MOOSE AMBER shall not be liable to anyone for any delay due to circumstances out of MOOSE AMBER reasonable control including but without limitation, strikes, lockouts, disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

▪️ All the terms of ordering goods online shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

PAYMENT

▪️ Once the customer clicks the button confirming the order, he / she is obliged to pay for the purchase and its delivery charges.

▪️ At mooseamber.com You may use the following payments methods:

1. Safe money transfer using Your bank account
2. Safe payment online via international payment operators PayPal, AliPay, UnionPay, WeChat

▪️ Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other international credit cards.

▪️ When You pay with credit card, You are always protected against abuse, and You have the option to refuse payment when You receive Your payment statement. There are no risks in case Your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You are thus better protected than in the physical world where You are responsible for a limited amount Yourself if Your credit card is being misused by using the pin code.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

▪️ To use a promotion code, please enter the code in the voucher code box provided on the basket page during the checkout process. If You have any problems at redeeming Your code, please contact us via email at: info@mooseamber.com.

▪️ Unless advised that Your offer will be automatically applied to Your basket, You must enter the promotion code during the checkout process before checking out, otherwise the discount will not be applied.

▪️ Promotion codes are only valid on full price items and exclude sale items, gift wrap, or Gift Cards.

▪️ Only one code can be used per transaction.

▪️ All offers are subject to stock availability and are subject to change at any time.

▪️ Discount codes are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative is available.

▪️ If returning an item from an order purchased with a promotion code applied, then the same discount will be applied to each item of Your order that You return. Furthermore, any free promotional gift offered with an order must also be returned if You are returning the item(s) to which the gift was related.

DELIVERY

▪️ We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to customers from every nook of the world. Your MOOSE AMBER item will be delivered fully insured by one of our trusted courier operators, beautifully wrapped in our luxury MOOSE AMBER Jewelry Box and packaged within a discreet mailing box.

▪️ We will deliver Your order to the address You provide us at the time You make Your order. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address You give us is correct and accurate. The delivery will require a signature upon its arrival.

▪️ If You want to change the delivery address once Your order has been placed, it is very important that You contact us immediately via email at: info@mooseamber.com. Once Your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify Your shipping information for that specific order.

▪️ Any change of shipping address after Your order has been shipped will have an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipment cost for any given country.

▪️ We deliver orders with Lithuanian Post, UPS and DHL courier Their terms and conditions cover the shipments, which mean that once the package is in the hands of Lithuanian Post or UPS or DHL, they are responsible for the package arriving intact and undamaged.

▪️ MOOSE AMBER provides standard worldwide shipping with a next business day dispatch. Below You will find further details on shipping costs and estimated delivery time (NOTE: these estimates do not account for delays caused by unexpected delivery service disruptions or force majeure events):

EU COUNTRIES:

▪️ Orders over 150€ – FREE SHIPPING

▪️ Orders under 150€ – from 3.95€

▪️ Delivery time – between 2-5 business days from shipping day. Most of our orders are shippedwithin 1-3 business days from the purchase.

NON-EU COUNTRIES:

▪️ Orders over 150€ – FREE SHIPPING

▪️ Orders under 150€ – from 17.95€

▪️ Delivery time – between 4-7 business days from shipping day. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the purchase.

▪️ Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be settled at the given customs office. MOOSE AMBER is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

▪️ Fast worldwide delivery service is available for a fee. Total cost is being calculated based on delivering country at checkout. You can always track Your fast delivery with a special code via UPS. Estimated fast worldwide delivery: up to 3 working days from shipment.

▪️ We ship all items by parcel post which makes it possible to track the package if any problems arise. We always pack items safely in order to minimize the risk of damaged cargo. The items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt please check the package contents. If the items are damaged upon receipt, please report this to the shipping company. Within 2 days of receipt, You must return the damaged items to us. MOOSE AMBER is not responsible for items damaged during transport.

▪️ If the goods we deliver are not what You ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to You unless You notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. We will always aim to rectify any problem via our discretion.

▪️ If You do not receive the goods ordered by You within the estimated delivery times, we shall have no liability to You unless You notify us by e-mail or telephone.

▪️ You must comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase our goods. We accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods You purchase.

▪️ If Your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to You for whatever reason, then You will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

▪️ Items purchased here at MOOSE AMBER may be exchanged or refunded if You’re not completely satisfied with Your jewelry. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of Your goods by email at: info@mooseamber.com, indicating the number of Your order, the name of the item(s) You want to return / exchange and reason behind this for each item. Once You have notified us that You are cancelling or willing to exchange Your order, You will receive information on how to return the goods You’re not satisfied about.

▪️ Right of cancellation requires the items to be returned in the same pristine condition, quantity and packaging, as originally received. The right of cancellation will lapse if You use the items in a way, which obviously reduces the sales value.

▪️ When purchasing fragile items for which proper packing is important, it is required to return the items in the original packing to have the right of cancellation. When a packaging is broken, this causes a deterioration of the sales value. It is therefore important to determine whether You want to keep the items or cancel the purchase before the packaging is broken. It is possible to examine the item without breaking the blister.

▪️ Please note, if an exchange is required, Your order will first be refunded and a new order can be placed. Please contact us via above mentioned email and we will be happy to help You with Your exchange procedure.

▪️ If You want to exchange / return the purchase, the cost of return shipping and postage loss of any items returned to MOOSE AMBER is Your responsibility. We strongly advise to use a delivery service that provides postage insurance. We do not receive packages sent COD.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

▪️ All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after Your purchase date.

▪️ The right of cancellation cannot be applied for:

1. Earrings (due to hygiene reasons), unless they are defective or faulty
2. Bespoke or engraved items
3. Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request
4. Business purchases

▪️ All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by You will not be accepted as faulty.

▪️ Christmas Returns Policy: Any item purchased between 15th November and 24th December 2019 can be returned or exchanged (in its unworn condition and its original packaging) up until the 8th January 2019.

▪️ Exchanging a Gift: Please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However, it is possible to exchange Your MOOSE AMBER item, You have received as a gift. Should a gifted MOOSE AMBER item is not suitable, You can return it within 14 working days for an exchange. Please contact us via email at: info@mooseamber.com, and we will provide You with information regarding the return / exchange procedure.

▪️ For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, You will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Please make sure that Your package of the items You are willing to return/ exchange includes:

1. Return item, which must be unworn, unused, and in original perfect condition;
2. Original packaging: box, certificates, tags attached (if provided) or any other packaging material.

▪️ Once Your package arrives to our facilities, You will receive a confirmation email, informing You that the credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). If You do not return the goods to us in their original condition, we are entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to You. We will process Your refund within 2 working days from the receipt date of Your returned items at MOOSE AMBER warehouse. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit Your account.
